Boiler Operator (Rubber Hose Manufacturing Company)

Our partner is a stable, internationally operating automotive supplier with several decades of experience, producing automotive components using modern manufacturing technologies and maintaining high quality standards. The company is continuously developing its production processes and technological capabilities and is now looking for a Boiler Operator to join its team and contribute to the smooth and safe operation of the manufacturing facility.

The Boiler Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of boilers and related utility equipment used in the rubber hose manufacturing process. The role ensures continuous steam supply for production operations while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

• Operate and monitor steam boilers, burners, pumps, water treatment systems, and associated equipment.

• Ensure uninterrupted steam supply to production departments.

• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels, fuel consumption, and operating parameters.

• Conduct routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.

• Monitor boiler water quality and maintain required chemical treatment levels.

• Maintain daily operation logs and shift reports.

• Follow all plant safety procedures and statutory boiler regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the boiler house and utility areas.

1–3 years of experience operating industrial boilers in a manufacturing environment.

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Operation, or related technical field.

Valid Boiler Operator Certificate/Competency Certificate as applicable.

Skills:

Knowledge of boiler operation, safety regulations, troubleshooting, record keeping, and shift operations.
