We are seeking a Medior/Senior Data Platform Operations Engineer to join the Pricing Platform team, responsible for the operation, support, and reliability of our cloud-based data platform and production environments.

This is not a traditional Data Engineering role focused primarily on developing data pipelines or transformations; we are looking for someone with a strong background in DBA/database administration, production support, cloud/platform operations, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

The role involves hands-on work with:

Azure, Databricks, SQL
CI/CD, Terraform/IaC
Monitoring, logging, alerting
Incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis
Performance tuning, platform administration, and high availability

The ideal candidate could come from a DBA, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or Production Support background and enjoys keeping critical systems reliable, resolving complex operational issues, and automating and improving platform operations.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Databricks Unity Catalog, and cloud infrastructure operations is highly desirable.
