Are you an experienced Extrusion Operator with a strong technical mindset? Join our fast-growing partner, an internationally operating company in the rubber manufacturing industry.

Set up and operate rubber extrusion machinery.
Select and install the correct dies for each extrusion profile.
Set and adjust machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, and screw speed.
Prepare rubber compounds, warm materials on mills, and slit rubber as required.
Feed raw rubber stock into the extruder manually or using a conveyor system.
Continuously inspect finished products using calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
Monitor wall thickness, profile dimensions, uniformity, and material consistency.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including die cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
Record production data, shift reports, machine settings, and material usage accurately.
Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

High school diploma, GED, or vocational training in manufacturing or industrial technology.
1–3 years of experience in rubber or plastics extrusion industry
Strong understanding of machine mechanics and thermal processes.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
Ability to stand for long hours performs repetitive tasks, and lift heavy materials
