• Troubleshooting IT-related issues

• Handling customer inquiries

• Understanding customers' needs and ensuring a positive customer experience in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction

• Providing remote support via phone, email, and chat

• Performing administrative tasks

• High school diploma

• French or German or Dutch language skills for work and customer support

• Communicative level of English for interviews, training, and internal communication

• Previous experience in customer service
