IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re growing rapidly and looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our team with the right professionals. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in building a strong, high-quality consulting team as we expand. This is a hands-on role with real impact on how we grow and who we hire.

What you’ll do

✔ Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end 
✔ Source, screen, and engage IT professionals for consulting projects 
✔ Use LinkedIn, direct search, job boards, and referrals 
✔ Run initial interviews and assess professional and cultural fit 
✔ Partner closely with founders and delivery leads 
✔ Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines 
✔ Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience 

What we’re looking for

🔹 Proven IT recruitment experience (mandatory) 
🔹 Experience hiring within IT consulting or project-based environments 
🔹 Strong understanding of business and system-oriented IT roles 
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
🔹 Structured, proactive, and able to work independently 
🔹 Fluent English  

Experience in the following areas is a strong plus:

🔹 Recruiting on the international job market (EU or global talent)

🔹 Hiring for telco, banking/finance, or pharma & life sciences sectors
