M365 Engineer

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join the IT team of one of our international enterprise clients.

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:

  • Exchange Online

  • Microsoft Teams

  • SharePoint Online

  • OneDrive for Business

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 services.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and security settings.

• Support collaboration and communication solutions across the organization.

• Participate in service improvements, migrations, and new feature implementations.

• Work closely with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Ensure services are secure, reliable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.

• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:

  • Exchange Online

  • Microsoft Teams

  • SharePoint Online

  • OneDrive for Business

• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365-related issues.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing and security concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.

• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-102, or similar).

• Paid professional training and certification programs
