Marketing&Trade Marketing Assistant

Our partner, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a motivated Marketing & Trade Marketing Assistant to join their team.

• Actively supporting the Marketing Manager on brand and trade marketing management activities for multi and mono-channel sales.

• Providing market analysis and insights regarding competition and trade partners using IQVIA and Scriptor.

• Analyzing trade channel and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and obstacles.

• Managing all brand activities focused specifically on BTL and trade initiatives.

• Acting as a key marketing contact for trade partners in collaboration with the OTC Sales Manager.

• Developing and executing channel-specific promotional materials across online and offline platforms.

• Managing tenders and quotations for POS materials and activities such as congresses and HCP events.

• Monitoring tactical marketing and trade plans against KPIs and implementing corrective actions.

• Planning and revising marketing and trade budgets.

• Participating in cross-functional meetings with medical, logistics, finance, and regulatory departments.

• Managing procurement and POSM policies within CAF, RAF, and PO systems.

• Assisting with authority relations and announcing sales activities to OGYÉI.

• Coordinating the distribution of promotional materials for the sales team during cycle meetings.

• Ensuring all activities align with industry compliance and internal codes of conduct.

• 1+ year of relevant trade marketing or marketing experience - preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, ambitious, and complex environment.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market data tools.

• High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English and professional communication skills.
