Portuguese Customer Solutions Specialist

Are you fluent in Portuguese and English and looking for an exciting international opportunity? Join our partner company as a Portuguese Customer Solutions Specialist, where you will provide customer and technical support in a dynamic environment.

• Provide customer and technical support, including troubleshooting and installation/deployment assistance for engineers

• Resolve inquiries efficiently by following support procedures, escalating complex issues to Level 2 when needed

• Maintain data privacy and security compliance while collaborating effectively with customers, engineers, and internal teams

• 40 hours per week working schedule within opening hours

• Strong Portuguese (C1) and English (B2) language knowledge

  • Kindly note that while Portuguese is the primary working language, English calls and emails may also occur, and candidates will be required to support the team in resolving these cases.
