Production Engineer

Our company is growing and will soon be launching our manufacturing operations in Martonvásár. We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer (with strong electronics manufacturing backround) to support our satellite manufacturing activities at our newly established facility. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of our space products, satellites - ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards..

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end production activities for advanced space products, ensuring smooth execution from planning through delivery

• Collaborate closely with the technician team throughout product realization, contributing hands-on expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Drive compliance with ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) requirements to maintain the highest quality and reliability standards

• Perform and supervise precision soldering, mechanical assembly, and integration activities critical to mission-ready hardware

• Prepare, maintain, and optimize technical documentation to support efficient production and full traceability

• Oversee incoming goods inspection to ensure materials and components meet specification and quality expectations

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in production engineering in automotive or aerospace sector

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including AS9100 or ISO 9001

• Advanced use of a CAD system (Solid Works, etc.)

• Proficiency in English

• Proficiency in hand soldering

• Knowledge of space industry-specific standards and regulations, such as NASA’s Technical Standards, ESA’s ECSS standards, ISO and AS

• Familiarity with thermal insulation techniques, particularly Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI)

• Understanding of ECSS standards and their application in the space industry
