Quality Operator

As a Quality Operator, you will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements. Your role is essential in maintaining product quality and supporting reliable manufacturing processes through accurate inspection, measurement, and documentation.

• Inspect assemblies and products during production and at final stage to verify conformance to quality requirements

• Carry out visual inspection of electronic assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610, and other relevant requirements

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspection and process activities

• Support root cause investigation and definition of next steps for non-conforming items

• Establish non-conformance reports, process them in coordination with supply chain, and cooperate with production, engineering, and quality teams on corrective actions

• Experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing or electronics production environment

• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work well in a team

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability electronics manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with non-conformance reporting and corrective action processes

• Experience with inspection documentation and traceability requirements

• Knowledge of additional quality standards or inspection methods is an advantage

• English knowledge
