Senior Digital Delivery Lead

Our Partner is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Delivery Lead to join its team in Barcelona and take ownership of complex digital initiatives from planning through delivery and release.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Business, IT and Compliance, ensuring that digital projects move forward smoothly, requirements are clearly defined and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery process. You will also play an important role in improving digital customer journeys and supporting the continuous development of mobile and digital services.

• Lead digital development initiatives end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, dependencies and stakeholder expectations

• Translate business needs into structured requirements and work closely with technical teams to assess and define solutions

• Coordinate release planning and ensure operational readiness ahead of go-live

• Act as a key link between Business, IT, Compliance and other relevant functions

• Identify opportunities for new features and improvements that enhance the digital customer experience

• Continuously improve delivery processes and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency

• Support the design and optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys across mobile and digital channels

• Define and monitor relevant digital KPIs, using performance data to support decision-making and prioritisation

• Assess regulatory and compliance requirements and translate their business impact into actionable project and development requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex digital or IT projects and initiatives

• Strong business analysis and requirements engineering background

• Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Business and IT

• Experience managing senior stakeholders, risks, dependencies and escalations

• Strong understanding of digital product development and delivery processes

• Structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in banking, fintech or another regulated industry

• Experience with mobile banking or other customer-facing digital applications

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira

• Experience working with compliance, regulatory or data protection requirements

• Experience in an international organisation

• Spanish language skills

• A senior role with significant responsibility for large-scale digital initiatives
