Ensures that HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards, processes, guidelines, and best practices
Oversees HSE risk assessment conducted by the line management and ensures all necessary preventive measures against the identified hazards are implemented
Engages with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders to report on, raise awareness of, gain commitment to, and obtain objective feedback on the company's HSE efforts and performance
Coaches, supports, and advises the leadership and line managers on HSE matters, reporting the performances of their respective organization across the company's value chain.
Acts as a trusted advisor and consultant to the business on HSE-related matters
Facilitates training, awareness, and knowledge sharing to strengthen HSE competence across the organization
Drives alignment between local operations and group-wide HSE strategies and programs
Ensures readiness for audits and supports internal and external audit processes
Reports HSE performance and progress with respect to the implementation of the group-level HSE objectives and KPIs, as required
Maintains compliance with relevant regulatory and corporate requirements
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement
Minimum 5 years of relevant and comprehensive professional experience (in occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection)
Bsc or Msc degree in a relevant field, preferably Quality Assurance Engineering
In-depth expertise in the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) field
Up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 90001 management systems
Project management mindset and experience

Decisive, solution-oriented personality
Strong cooperation and communication skills, with a team-player mindset
Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Hungarian
Category B driving licence and proven driving experience
