Senior Technical Project Manager

Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the transition from Tanium to Microsoft Intune for PC management. This role sits between the technical and projectmanagement functions - someone who understands the PC/endpoint management space well enough to gather and evaluate input from Microsoft and other vendors, turn it into clear decisions, and own the migration from planning through to operational handover within a complex, large-scale enterprise IT environment

• Technical / PM Hybrid Profile - Enough understanding of the PC management space to engage credibly with technical teams and vendors, ask the right questions, and make sense of the answers, while owning the roadmap, timelines, and stakeholder communication like a senior PM

• Feature Gap Assessment - Able to gather platform features information from Microsoft, the MSP, and internal teams, evaluate it critically, and identify gaps between Tanium and Intune - translating the findings into clear decisions and roadmap actions

• Domain Understanding - Solid working knowledge of PC/endpoint management, including patching, software deployment, imaging, OS upgrades, and policy management

• Senior Project Management - Extensive experience leading large, cross-functional technology programs and system transitions end to end in a highly matrixed, global organization

• Vendor & Partner Management - Experience cooperating with Microsoft, third-party vendors, and technical teams, holding all parties accountable to agreed timeline

• Operational Process Design - Able to close out the project while helping define and update the operational processes needed to run the environment post-transition

• Change Management - Able to lead organizational change and prepare IT teams and end users for the transition ahead of go-live

• Enterprise-Scale Experience - Proven success delivering endpoint management and digital transformation projects within large, global organizations
