Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of business-critical software systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support the company's operations and future growth.

Software Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain company software systems.

• Develop new functionalities and enhance existing applications.

• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve software defects and system issues.

• Participate in software releases and production deployments.

• Ensure code quality and compliance with company development standards and best practices.

Requirements Analysis & Technical Design

• Collaborate with business users to gather and validate requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Participate in system architecture and database design.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

System Optimization & Support

• Monitor system performance and stability.

• Perform performance tuning and optimization activities.

• Support ongoing system improvements and functional enhancements.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for business applications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with system analysis and architecture design principles.

• Experience with at least one of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft,  SQL Server.

• Proficiency in at least one backend development technology: Java, .NET.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, Vue.js, React.

Language Skills

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• English is the primary working language for this position.

Professional Experience

• Experience in software development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications.

• Experience in database design and SQL development.

• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

• Experience working in an agile or structured software development environment is an advantage.
