Tanium Engineer

Role Overview: We are looking for a Tanium Engineer to support and maintain enterprise endpoint management services using the Tanium platform. The role focuses on endpoint health, software deployment, patch management, compliance monitoring, and technical troubleshooting within a large-scale Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor endpoint health and compliance using Tanium.

• Support operating system and application patch deployments.

• Execute and troubleshoot software deployments.

• Investigate and resolve endpoint-related incidents.

• Generate reports and dashboards for operational metrics.

• Support vulnerability remediation and security initiatives.

• Collaborate with Service Desk, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of IT support, endpoint management, or desktop engineering experience.

• Experience with Tanium, Intune, SCCM/MECM, or similar endpoint management tools.

• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.

• Understanding of patch management and software deployment processes.

• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Basic PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tanium Asset, Deploy, Patch, Comply, Enforce, or Performance modules.

• Experience supporting large Enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of endpoint security and vulnerability management
