Pharma Portfiolio Lifecycle Manager

• Identify and proactively manage product lifecycle improvement opportunities aligned with commercial priorities, manufacturing strategy, and supply continuity.

• Coordinate medium- and long-term implementation of product changes across multiple business functions while balancing business priorities.

• Lead cross-functional Product Review Teams involving Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, and Commercial stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and strategic product documentation.

• Ensure Product Lifecycle Management insights are incorporated into key business decision-making processes.

• Coordinate preparation of business cases and support governance forums with decision-making materials.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across end-to-end (E2E) pharmaceutical value chain functions to ensure successful execution of lifecycle activities.

• University degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end pharmaceutical business processes and their interdependencies.

• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to think holistically and understand complex systems and business processes.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or working in multidisciplinary project environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Confident English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Fast learner with genuine interest in understanding the complete pharmaceutical value chain.

• Experience in project or process management.

• Familiarity with Jira and SharePoint.

• Experience working in Product Lifecycle Management or Portfolio Management functions.
