Lead Accountant

Are you already confident in full-scale accounting and feel that the time has come to prove yourself as a leader as well? In our Partner's accounting team, you’ll have the opportunity to take on both professional and managerial responsibilities.

• Managing an accounting team of 3-4 people

• Overseeing and coordinating daily tasks and the closing process

• Supporting tax-related processes

• Ensuring timely submission of statistical reports and tax returns

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to their implementation

• Training, motivating, and supervising junior colleagues

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or another Economics-related field

• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting

• Confident user of MS Office applications

• Active intermediate level of English proficiency, native Hungarian proficiency

• Leadership experience
